Note: Before you do the registration, we strongly suggest you read the following registration information carefully.

Every accepted paper MUST have at least one full registration before 21 Oct 2009(extended). Thanks for your cooperation.

We also welcome people who don't have a paper but are interested in our research topics (registration fee refers to others registration).

1. Registration fee includes

• The cost of proceedings publishing and shipping.
• One volume of the printed proceedings (including a CD). (*NOT covered by student registration)
• Conference venue and session rooms.
• Welcome reception and a souvenir.
• Coffee/tea breaks, conference banquet, all lunches and dinners during the conference.
• Access to all conference sessions and workshops.

Note: The registration fee does not cover accommodation fee and local tour fee.

2. Registration fees

The deadline for the registration is 21 Oct 2009(extended). Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper(s) will be removed from the main conference or workshop proceedings.

(2)Extra Page(s): USD $150 or RMB ￥ 1000 per page (NO MORE THAN 2 extra pages)

(3)Additional accepted paper: An author, who has 2 accepted papers, can register his/her second paper at USD $300 or RMB ￥2000 besides a full registration

(4)*Student registration: In an accepted paper, has already had one full registration, other authors can register referred to student registration if they are students. The student identity MUST be proved by sending a scanned copy of student certificate to jlgao@fjnu.edu.cn

3. Payment Method

You can use bank transfer for both RMB and USD. All of the bank charge should be paid by you. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount that is transferred to the bank account is no less than the required registration fee.

The bank/credit card/debit card transfer information is as follows:

(a)All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD), by bank transfer, bank check or Credit Card. Please include (1) Paper ID (2) Full Name of Author when bank transferring, writing check, or providing credit card.
(b)Bank check should be issued payable to “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University” and drawn on a Hong Kong bank or a Hong Kong branch of an international bank for the total amount in US Dollars.
(c)The Conference attendants using telegraphic transfer to pay the conference registration fee should use following details. Bank handling charges must be borne by the applicant.
(d)Send the scanned proof of payment (in PDF/JPEG format), the scanned proof of student (if applicable, in PDF/JPEG format) and Registration Form to jlgao@fjnu.edu.cn and msn09@comp.polyu.edu.hk or or fax them to 00852 27740842.
