Following the previous successful events, MSN 2009 will be held in WuYi Mountain,
China. Honored as "World Cultural and Natural Heritage", WuYi Mountain is one of
the most beautiful places in Southeast of China with beautiful Scenes and a galaxy
of culture. This conference provides a forum for researchers and practitioners to
exchange research results and share development experiences. All papers accepted
for MSN 2009 conference will appear in the Proceedings of MSN 2009, which is to
be published by the IEEE Press and EI-Indexed.
Selected papers will be published
