2. Harbour View Room (Single/ Double Occupancy)

            Harbour View Room at HK$790* per room daily (room only)

            Harbour View Room at HK$870* per room daily (room includes buffet breakfast for 1 person)

            Harbour View Room at HK$950* per room daily (room includes buffet breakfast for 2 persons)

3. Superior Harbour View Suite – (Single/ Double Occupancy)

(520 sq. ft with kitchenette, DVD player, fax, printer, scan and copy machine in-room)

            Superior Harbour View Suite at HK$990* per room per night (room only)

            Superior Harbour View Suite at HK$1,070* per room per night (room includes buffet breakfast for 1 person)

To reserve a hotel room, please contact the hotel directly. Please download the Hotel Reservation Form (English Version or Chinese Version) and follow the instructions in the form. Tell them that you are with the ICIG 2004 Conference. There are Airport Shuttle bus between Hong Kong International Airport and the hotel (HK$120 per person from Airport to Hotel, and HK$90 per person from Hotel to Airport). Airport Shuttle Service is provided based on a fixed time schedule (View Time Schedule). There are other transportation tools between the Airport and the hotel. Hotel also provides complimentary shuttle on limited routes (View Schedule).

Notes :  1. All the reservation should be made on or before November 25, 2004.

2. In case of any no-show, amendment or cancellation of room reservation made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, one night of room  charge would be debited on the credit card’s account.

3. Current exchange rate is about US$ 1 = HK$ 7.8

Another hotel is recommended for ICIG 2004 participant is the Regal Kowloon hotel. This hotel is also offering special discount rate only for ICIG 2004 participants and is located at about five minutes of walking distance from the conference venue. Interested participants should contact the hotel directly as suggested in the reservation form.
