Conference Venue

All the Conference Sessions will be held within the campus of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The Conference Venue is within few minutes of walking distance from all the accommodation facilities offered to the participants. You can download the detailed map of the campus from this website.

A. All the sessions on the invited talk and one track (from the two parallel tracks) of oral presentations will be held in Lecture Theatre TU201. The location of TU201 is exclusively marked on the map.

B. The display of all the poster sessions and track two (from the two parallel tracks) of oral presentations will be held in Lecture Theatre R1110. The location of R block is exclusively marked on the map and will also be detailed outside TU201 during the conference. All the rooms/halls with R11XX are located on the 11th floor of R block. This 11th floor will be completely occupied with conference activities and some pics from this floor can be seen below.

C. Participants can setup their posters before or during the lunchtime. The posters space and venue will be available for the display during the entire day but posters must be removed at the end of day (say by 18:30 Hrs).

D. The meeting room no. R1109 will also be available to the participants for the preparation of their oral/poster presentations. This room is equipped with Overhead projector and internet connection . In addition, this room will also provide facilities for internet connections to participants to check their email or to download the files.

E. Another meeting room no. R1106 is also available to the participants for fruitful interaction and discussion relating to the conference objectives. The meeting room is equipped with internet connection and overhead projector. Participants can book this meeting room by sending an email to icig2004@comp.polyu.edu.hk

F. The meeting room no. R1109 will also be available to the participants for the preparation of their oral/poster presentations. This room is equipped with Overhead projector and internet connection . In addition, this room will also provide facilities for internet connections to participants to check their email or to download the files.
