In CIKM 2009, we will continue the tradition of promoting collaboration among multiple areas. We encourage submissions of high quality papers on all topics in the general areas of databases, information retrieval, and knowledge management.

Location of Registration Desk:
The CIKM registration desk is located on Level 1 of the Convention & Hospitality Zone, AsiaWorld-Expo.
Sign-up for Excursion:
The
excursion to Ngong Ping 360 will take place on Nov 4 (Wed).
Please sign-up at the registration desk from 9:45am to 3:40pm on Nov 3
(Tues). More details will be announced at the opening.
Seating for Vegetarians:
Vegetarian
tables have been arranged at lunches and at the banquet for
participants who have indicated that they are vegetarians on the
registration form. Please look out for the “Vegetarian” signage.
Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi Internet Web access service is provided on the 2/F of the conference site.
Conference
participants with Wi-Fi equipments supporting 802.11b and 802.11g can
select a broadcasting SSID "CIKM" and enjoy web browsing through
internet browsers. Due to limited capacity, services such as Telnet,
FTP and SSH will not be supported by the service provider. In order to
continue email communication in the conference, you may want to forward
your emails to popular web-based email services during the conference
period. If you want to do telnet, ftp or ssh, a small number of
broadband access points will be set up in the demonstration room.
